The disability law service is made up of solicitors, advisors and trained volunteers who provide up to date, informed legal advice for disabled people, their families, enablers and carers. The advice we give is free, and the service offers complete confidentiality.

We aim to offer a service which enables disabled people to access relevant information and clarify their rights. Sometimes an initial enquiry will lead to enforcement and on these occasions we offer consultation and representation. if we are not able to answer a particular enquiry, we can usually suggest another occasion which we may be able to help.
