John Grooms

John Grooms is a Christian-based association working in partnership with disabled people to improve their quality of life, maximize their freedom of choice, to respect their dignity at all times, and to achieve a level of independent living appropriate to their needs and desires.  John Grooms helps disabled people to realise their potential. John Grooms encompasses both the multi-faceted Charity as well as its sister organization, John Grooms Housing Association. John Grooms Charity offers a wide range of services for disabled people including job training, rehabilitation services, and care homes as well as Grooms Holidays and HOPE Nursery. The role of John Grooms Housing Association is to design, develop, and manage wheelchair-accessible housing for people with disabilities. Both of these organisations within John Grooms share the common goal of working to improve the quality and quantity of the services available to people with disabilities and their families.
