1. Who we are

abilityonline.net Limited (Company Number: 06965630) is the legal name for our charity abilityonline we where origanly established as an information service in 1999 and then formed into a charity in 2001 we have been linking people up with disability resourses for quite some time. When we refer to “abilityonline” or “abilityonline.net” or “we” or “our” or “us”, we are referring to abilityonline.net limited and its charity abilityonline (as such terms are defined in  the Companies Act 2006), or any of them, as the context requires.

2. Why we have a privacy policy

We have developed this policy because we want you to feel confident about the privacy and security of your personal information when visiting and using our website. When we refer to “personal information” in this privacy policy, we mean information that identifies you as an individual, or is capable of doing so (including but not limited to a first and last name, a home address, an email address or other contact information).

3. What personal information we collect from you

We do not collect any personal information from you when visit our website, we can record your details if you cotact us via e-mail.

4. Cookies

When you visit our website, we will not send you any cookies. However some of the links on our site may send them. A cookie is a small text file that can be placed on your computer's hard drive.
